Vitamin D plays an important role in our bodies and in ensuring that they function correctly. However, it’s not found naturally in many foods. So while keeping out of bright lights might be high on a migrainer’s list of things to do, it’s vital that sufferers make sure that they get some sun and eat foods containing Vitamin D. It could make more of a difference than you might think.
